BSN degree seems off topic

0 A fortune of people I know call the BSN step a B.S. nursing degree suppose that you get my point. Throughout my my BSN program I require felt that many of the classes were not constantly nursing related. I don’t deem that classes such transcultural nursing is momentous enough of a 4 credit twenty-fourth part of a day class when we could be erudition more about subjects such as pharmacology or advanced nursing skills. Basically I venture that the classes offered in the BSN programs are regular not important enough to dedicate an entire semester worth of work to. Must nurses power of choosing agree that they only get their BSN in such a manner they can apply for ARNP/CRNA admonish or because they want a piece of work away from patient care.

Does anyone besides agree with me? What are your thoughts respecting the BSN?
