Typical workout routine: Right now I am doing solidity training 3 days a week and a be blended of circuit training or body load down training on alternating days. I besides enjoy aerobics in the form of dancing (ballroom) common or two nights a week instead of a couple of hours.
Current health goal: Just to say active and ingest a healthy diet
